MainStreetForward

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with businesses in person?

Not at this time. MainStreetForward works remotely through calls, screen-sharing, written recommendations, and practical follow-up support. That keeps the work more flexible and efficient for everyone.

Are you only for local businesses?

No. We are based in Wisconsin, but the work is remote and designed for business owners across the U.S.

Are you a marketing agency?

No. This is not a traditional agency model. The focus is clarity, systems, tools, messaging, and practical modernization — not hype, volume, or outsourced marketing churn.

What if I am not sure what I need help with?

That is common. Most owners do not arrive with a perfect diagnosis. Usually they just know something feels messy, slow, outdated, or harder than it should be.

What happens if you are at capacity?

You can still reach out on the Work with us page. When we are full, that page explains how to get on the wait list, and we follow up as soon as more spots open.

What is the difference between the newsletter and working with you?

The newsletter is for practical ideas and recommendations you can use on your own. Working with us is for businesses that want hands-on help — the Blueprint and related support.

Do I need to be “good at tech” for this to be useful?

No. In many cases, that is exactly why the work helps.

How do you think about pricing?

We respect budget as part of good advice. We share clear pricing for the engagement that fits — and we would rather recommend a simpler, cheaper path than sell complexity you do not need.

Want practical ideas in your inbox?

Plain-language notes on tools, workflows, and small improvements that help a business run a little easier. Written for owners who are busy — not for people collecting hype.

You do not need to do everything at once.

Start with the newsletter if you want practical ideas. Reach out if you think your business may need hands-on help.
