By using https://mainstreetforward.com or purchasing services from MainStreetForward, you agree to these terms. Paid engagements (including the Blueprint and Implementation) are also governed by the signed service agreement provided at checkout or onboarding.
Services
We provide advisory assessments, written recommendations, optional implementation support, and educational content. Website copy is informational and does not constitute a guarantee of business results except as expressly stated in a signed agreement (including the Time-Savings Guarantee terms).
Payments
Clarity Session fees are charged upfront via Stripe. Refunds are governed by the Time-Savings Guarantee and your signed agreement. Implementation and retainers are billed separately.
